Afternoon Academy: Spirals of Fibonacci Fun Art Class - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

For ages 9-13. Art, Nature and Math are closely linked and nowhere is that better illustrated than through the Fibonacci sequence. In this class, students will create colorful spiral art based on this “magical” sequence for a true hands-on experience and interaction with this fascinating mathematical concept. Additionally, students will learn about the Fibonacci sequence and examine ways that it shows up nearly everywhere in nature and art. Funded by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage (Legacy) Amendment.

This class is free but space is limited, so register online or by calling the library. Include an email address in your registration to have a reminder sent to you prior to the event. BE KIND <3 Please be sure you can attend this event before registering, and cancel as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend.
