Description

Using the Room:

• Available for use both during and outside of staffed library hours. Reservations required at all times. 
• This room is locked at all times. To access the room, you must borrow a Meeting Room Rental Kit from library staff before your meeting. A library card registered with Scott County Library is required to check out the kit. View staffed library hours.
• To prevent noise concerns, dance group rehearsals and other gatherings that make significant use of the sound system may only be booked outside of library hours.

About the Audiovisual (AV) System:

• 96" mechanical projector display with integrated sound system
• Guests must bring their own device to hook up to the AV system via HDMI cable. We will provide an HDMI cable as a courtesy in the Rental Kit, but you may need to provide your own adaptor if your device does not have an HDMI port.
