Heads Up - Belle Plaine Room Closed April 1, 2025 - Early 2026 (Reopening Date TBD)

The Belle Plaine Meeting Room will stop accepting reservations starting April 1, 2025 to accommodate construction and will reopen in early 2026 once the Belle Plaine Library Expansion is completed.

Booking Tips

• Green bars represent 15-minute increments. Select the bar that best represents your start time. To adjust your start time, refresh the page or select the trash can icon to start again.
• You are automatically afforded 1 hour for your booking. You may book up to 4 hours in one session. To adjust, use the dropdown menu that appears to change your end time.
• Buffer Time: The system may add 15 minutes of buffer padding before and after your booking for transitions between groups. Please note this does NOT extend your reservation, you must leave promptly within your reserved timeframe.

Check Library Hours Before You Book

Belle Plaine's Large Meeting Room can be booked outside of regular staffed hours from 6am - 10pm, 7 days a week. Before you book, please be sure to check Belle Plaine's hours below.

• If you intend to book during Extended Access (EA/Unstaffed) periods, you MUST check a Meeting Room Rental Kit with a building key to get inside.
• To borrow a Kit, grab your library card and visit the Belle Plaine during Staffed Hours indicated below.
