During January complete the DOODLE challenge! We challenge you to doodle a spoon, a balloon, breakfast and/or a machine. Doodle one, all of them, or combine them to create your ART!! We will showcase it at the library and you will be entered to win pizes! 

How do I enter and... Then what happens:

1. Artists ages 12-18, Create art! Art can be created in many different mediums. (But this one should be a doodle!) Please enter family-friendly art as it  is displayed in the library for all to see. (The library reserves the right to choose not to display an entry for any reason.) Thanks!  

2. Before February 1st, bring your art to the Savage Library, OR upload an image of your art online at bit.ly/SCLblankcanvas, OR send as an attachment to salibrary@scottlib.org. 

3. After February 1st, art will be displayed on the Art Wall in the Teen Area at the Savage Library!

4. Art pieces will hang in the library for the month, and then be taken down to make room for the next Blank Canvas Challenge.  

6. At the end of the month, all participants will be entered to win gift certificates to various book and creative art stores in the area!  Winners will be notified so they can choose from the selection of gift certificates generously donated by the Savage Friends of the Library.
