Story Stations: Wheel-y Fun with Daniel Tiger - Jordan

Best for ages 2-5 with parent or caregiver, but all ages and abilities are welcome. Join Daniel Tiger and friends for a self-directed activities celebrating things that zoom, vroom, and speed around the room! Based on the book Trolley Ride, your stations include an interactive road trip game, vehicle tangram activity, musical sound station, rhyming puzzle matchup, and more. After the program, pick up your take home packet with a fun rainbow pencil and make-your-own tangrams and rhyme cube activities!  

Grown-ups: not only are these stations designed for maximum fun, but they also feature early learning skills to help your child get ready for Kindergarten and ready to read.

Plan ahead or drop-in! Starting 9/30 click HERE or call your library to reserve your program time, OR speak with library staff for openings while you visit.

  • Your household will be the only people in the room during your appointment. Best for six or fewer participants.
  • Appointments begin on the half hour and last for 20 minutes. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time you can spend in the program.
  • Participants must be free of COVID-19 symptoms - review symptoms HERE. Unvaccinated individuals are strongly encouraged to wear masks in Scott County buildings, including libraries.
