Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month, 9/15-10/15
The library is celebrating with two events for kids & families:
- Starting Monday, 9/13: listen to the charming story ¿De Donde Eres?/Where Are You From?, read by Ms. Blanca in both Spanish and English. Available at bit.ly/SCLstorytime; best for ages 2-6.
- Starting Wednesday 9/15 and until supplies last, visit your library to pick up a special To Go packet for families. This Fiesta Flowers packet has supplies and instructions to make three flowers plus additional activities. Best for ages 3-18.
When visiting the library to pick up a packet, if you or anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms consistent with COVID-19, please consider rescheduling your visit (review symptoms HERE). Unvaccinated individuals are strongly encouraged to wear masks in Scott County buildings, including libraries.
