Jordan Library Extended Access Pilot Group Orientation
Thank you for your interest in our Extended Access Pilot at the Jordan Library. As part of the pilot group, you are required to attend a pilot group orientation session. The orientation will include the following:
1. Introduction to Extended Access: Learn about what Extended Access is and how it works. You can view the customer presentation ahead of time on our webpage.
2. Feedback: Instruction on how to provide valuable feedback to staff that will help to improve the Extended Access experience for library customers.
3. Q & A: Time to ask questions.
4. Library Accounts: We will verify your library account information, so that your library card is ready to use for the Extended Access model.
5. Library Walkthrough: Time to explore the Jordan Library and ask staff questions.
