Tai Chi for All Ages - Informational and Instructional Session
Join Ms. Karen for Tai Chi classes! Learn more about Tai Chi and how this ancient activity gently builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Our volunteer, Karen, is a certified Tai Chi instructor following the Tai Chi for Health teachings. Karen will have a short informational session about Tai Chi and then walk participants through some basic moves. Wear everyday clothing and shoes with flat soles during class. All ages are welcome!
This class is intended for a range of ages and familial constellations, including adults and seasoned adults including those who prefer to do their workouts in chair, teens, and children with caregivers in attendance.
