Scott County Library and Smalltown Eclectic present, Loud! at the Library Fall Festival. Join us for live music from special musical guest Erik Bell, a bonfire, and fun activities for all ages! This project was funded in part with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage (Legacy) Fund.
