Yoga for Familes
Join us as we make connections with poses through storytelling, singing, and games. Come work your body and mind in a fun and playful way! Yoga is a fun way to build strength and flexibility in our bodies. Yoga teaches us to calm our bodies and minds through movement and breathing. Doing yoga together builds community by creating a space where we can each share in being a learner and a teacher.
Parents are welcome to join us as we stretch and play to calm our minds.
