Family Early Literacy Class at Shakopee Library

Family Early Literacy Class at Shakopee Library

Children of all ages and their parents/caregivers are welcome to join us for our FREE and FUN story- and play-based early literacy classes that use the five important pre-readings practices of "Talk, Sing, Read, Write, and Play."

Storytimes led by library staff trained in the Every Child Ready to Read curriculum are “early literacy classes" - all the fun and learning of storytime, but with tips and guidance on easy ways to help your child develop pre-reading skills.
