Jordan Fall Art Series - Intro to Engraving - REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Maria Sibylla Merian was a 17th century Engraver and naturalist. In this program we will learn about this extraordinary woman and her art, then we will have a chance to create a dry point engraving of our own using some of the same techniques Maria would have used. No previous printmaking experience is required! All are welcome.
Funded by the Jordan Friends of the Library in conjunction with the Jordan Community Arts Association.
