Seed Bombs and the Art of Guerilla Gardening at Prior Lake - REG REQ, begins 7/10
For ages 4-18 (ages 4-6 with adult). In this class we will learn about native plants and how to care for them. Then we will use clay, soil, and seeds to mix and sculpt little "seed bombs" which we can sow wherever we want to see some flowers and greenery appear! (Guerilla Gardening is a modern creative practice that is rooted in environmental justice and focuses on bringing native plants back to urbanized areas and beautifying neighborhoods.
Space is limited, so register online or by calling the library beginning three weeks before the workshop. Include an email address in your registration to have a reminder sent to you prior to the event.
